Q: How long before my product is dispatched?
R: 2-3 working days will be required before your product is dispatched.

R: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 7 and 30 days. Rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.
Q: How do I return and replace my item?
R: We firmly believe in the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs).
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will refund your money or exchange your product (the decision is yours), for up to 30 days, no questions asked.
